A. Oolong tea or Fasting; no eating after 6:00
Q2.Do you ever review the health problems that you can approach during this diet trail?
A. Yes I do because health is important. I always ask my docotor if I should use this system to help me lose the weight. I would rather be on the safe side.
Q3. Does your family get involved with your health life?
A. Yes they constantly call and ask me how am I feeling and I as well keep them informed of my health.
