i never read the newspaper, but i sometimes catch the news .

 Nothing in the news 'hinders' my interest .

i don't try to find out more by reading , ever . i would rather watch a video or look it up online .

Can journalism act as a catalyst for social change?

Yes I believe so that journalism may act as a catalyst for social change because journalism helps people get more connected with each other and have more of a social life since it does require you to get involved to gain information.

Journalism, Impetus?

Can journalism act as a catalyst for social change? That is the question, and my answer is yes-it depends. If I think journalism is a local newspaper or the Metro Line, then the chances of us making a big change are very thin. However if I think journalism is something like CNN or other big media outlets then yes I do believe they can perpetuate social change.

Electric Chair

I think that the electric chair could be a bad thing or a good thing. Bad because  it would hurt really really bad. Especially if they put someone in a electric chair that doesnt deserve it  becuase their crime wasn't as bad , then i think it is not nessarcy . but it could be good because if they are needed for it then it is a good thing. Like for the people that did the chesire home invation they deserve it.
