3.12.12 - Memorable Learning Experience

I remember the 1st time I went driving with my mom. I almost killed her. I almost ran into a bush because I can't drive even if it could save my own life. I did park good though, I guess that is a good thing. Also, my mom complimented me on my parking but not so much on the turning around bushes. Then she yelled at me because I pushed on the gas a little too much and I think i jerked the car and she kind of went forward toward the dashboard. Well, we did not tell my dad about me driving the car for the first time because first of all, I was only 15 when I drove the car and he would have flipped out. I guess I could say that I did have a pretty good driving experience due to the fact that it was my first time ever even though I almost crashed the car. But I didn't. So thats good. If I were to say one thing that I learned from this whole process with my mom, I would have to say that I learned to wear my seat belt in the front seat and make sure I am aware of my surroundings and how close the front end of the car is to objects that I can get hurt in. :) Hopefully I can try to drive again soon with my mom but more carefully. I do not think I am going to be getting my driver's license any time soon though.
