Reaction to State Bill 24

I personally think that the A block, B block school schedule is the most effective way of learing for me with the same amount of classes and the amount of "seat time" which is about 90 minutes. To me its like the less time learning in class, the less a student learns, but the more time a student learns the more they may get impatient and kranky. I just don't agree with the fact of increasing education time, no point.
